ADA Accomodations
Restrooms
• Facility accommodations for disabled guests are available in public restrooms located along the Humphrey Coliseum concourse and Mize Pavilion.
Seating
• ADA Seating is located in Sections 101, 103, 107, 109, 111, 113, 116, and 119.
• To request special seating or accommodations, please contact the MSU ticket office before your arrival.

Parking

Wheelchairs
• MSU is not responsible for wheelchairs left unattended.
• Although there are no wheelchairs available to rent at Humphrey Coliseum, a limited number are available at the First Aid Station.
AED Locations
AEDs are located in marked boxes at locations throughout the coliseum.

ATM Locations
ATMs on the MSU campus are located in the Colvard Student Union
Bags

Buses
All buses must enter campus at the intersection of Hwy. 182 and George Perry St., turn east (left) on Bailey Howell Drive to Lee Blvd., and left into Zacharias Village Parking Lot.
Child and Infant Care
Strollers
• Strollers are permitted in Humphrey Coliseum.
• Strollers are NOT permitted within seating areas, in aisles, or at any other location that blocks walkways or emergency egress.
• MSU is not responsible for strollers left unattended.
• Strollers with baby supplies must adhere to the clear bag and security screening policies.
• Non-clear bags transported on strollers are not permitted.
Child Care/ Nursing items and products that meet the below criteria are permitted in Humphrey Coliseum. Please use approved clear bags to enter any coliseum gate.
• Clear diaper and child care bags are permitted entry at all coliseum gates.
• Any child care product, medicine, food and other items that are required for a medical need must be identified to the screening staff and approved/screened at entry gates.
• Baby food, snacks, and formula in clear plastic containers (no glass) are permitted.
• Baby wipes in a clear container are permitted and expedites inspection at gates.
• Baby harness carriers are permitted.
• Nursing equipment/supplies and other electronic/battery operated child care devices are permitted after inspection.
A private room is available as a nursing location at Humphrey Coliseum First Aid Rooms and the west Family Restroom located in the Coliseum Ticket Lobby.
Children
• All children, regardless of age are required to have a valid ticket to enter Humphrey Coliseum and must adhere to clear bag and security screening procedures.
• Bully's Kidz Kourt for children is located in the women's practice gym in Mize Pavilion. Please attend Kidz Kourt prior to scanning your ticket to enter the game.
Clear Bag Policy
• In the interest of enhancing security measures at all events held in Humphrey Coliseum, the SEC Clear Bag Policy is in effect. Medically-necessary non-clear bags are subject to search and verification at any coliseum gate and should be identified to the security screening staff for screening.

Cowbells
Cowbells are NOT permitted in Humphrey Coliseum.
Disability Carts
A limited number of disability carts and wheelchair accessible carts are available to assist patrons parking in designated public ADA and reserved ADA Parking Lots only. Please visit Transit Services under "T" for transit and ADA parking under "P".
Drones
Drones, model aircraft or any other remote-controlled flying objects are not permitted or allowed to be operated on the Mississippi State campus.

Emergency Preparedness
• During any emergency inside Humphrey Coliseum, follow the directions of the PA announcer, event staff, and emergency responders.
• Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the coliseum to meet friends and family in case you get separated or in the event of an emergency.
• Upon arriving at your seat location, locate the nearest exit and an alternate exit in case of an emergency.
• See Something, Say Something - If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious, or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.
• Emergency vehicles may be present in and around Humphrey Coliseum. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere with any of their operations. Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
• Monitor the weather prior to the game and take any necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather be encountered before, during, or after the game. In the event of severe weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate Humphrey Coliseum and return to your car.
First Aid
First Aid locations inside Humphrey Coliseum are:
• Next to Portal R on the concourse
- All Humphrey Coliseum First Aid Stations are designated as nursing and child care locations.

Gates
Gates at Humphrey Coliseum open ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff of each men's and women's home game, unless otherwise noted.
Clear Bag/Security Screening:
• The SEC Clear Bag Policy and Humphrey Coliseum Security Screening Policy combine bag inspection, walk through metal detectors and hand held wands at all coliseum entrances.
Designated Access Gates:
• East and West Mize entrances
• West Student Gate entrance

MSU and the SEC encourage fans to arrive early to the coliseum and remember to leave any unnecessary or prohibited items at home or in their car. Please arrive early at security screening locations and be patient as security screening procedures are taking place.
Golf Cart/Low-Speed Vehicle Policy
• Privately owned golf carts are expected to operate in the same manner as an automobile or other motorized vehicle.
• All golf carts must comply with Mississippi Motor Vehicle and Traffic regulations. (See Miss. Code Annotated Title 63-1-1 seq.)
• Operators of private golf carts must possess a valid driver's license and proper insurance identifying the vehicle driven.
• All privately owned golf carts operated on campus must possess a valid license plate.
• Privately owned golf carts may only be operated on streets open for public traffic.
• Without exception, private golf carts are prohibited from parking on sidewalks, walkways, any grass areas, or non-valid parking locations on gameday.
• Privately owned golf carts may not be driven alongside any closed road or on any sidewalks or grass.
• Privately owned golf carts must possess a license plate and have a valid Reserved Parking Pass or Public Paid Parking Pass to park in reserved parking lots on game day.
• Violation of these rules could result in the issuance of traffic citations and other penalties, as outlined by state laws and/or university policies.
• Privately owned all-terrain, four wheel, farm utility, “gators” or other side by side vehicles are also prohibited on campus.

Lost and Found
• Lost and Found is located at the Coliseum Manager's Office across from Portal B.
• Lost & Found articles should be reported to coliseum guest services or any MSU police officer. Articles not claimed will be delivered to the Coliseum Manager's Office.

Metal Detectors
In an effort to continue Mississippi State University's long-standing commitment to provide a safe and secure environment for all fans, coaches and student-athletes, walk-through metal detectors will be implemented at all gates of Humphrey Coliseum on basketball game days.

Parking

Parking Guidelines/ADA
• No tents, tables or chairs are permitted in parking spaces or on sidewalks.
• No parking is allowed on parking lot islands, medians, berms, or the shoulders of streets and roads.
• Parked vehicles must not obstruct traffic or pedestrian access to sidewalks.
• Parking spaces cannot be saved.
• Reserved lot passes must be displayed at all times; misuse will result in loss of parking privileges.
• All buses must enter campus at the intersection of Hwy. 182 and George Perry St., turn east (left) on Bailey Howell Drive to Lee Blvd., and left into Zacharias Village Parking Lot.
ADA Parking: Public & Reserved
• Please see the following maps for ADA parking lots: Men's Basketball | Women's Basketball. On the map legends, ADA public parking is blue. ADA season pass parking is light blue and is marked as ADA East and West.
• Limited $5 Public ADA Parking is located east of Dudy Noble field off of Lakeview Dr.
Public Parking
• Limited $5 Public Parking is now located in the parking lot across from Dudy Noble Field off east of Lakeview Dr.
• Free public parking can be found at Zacharias Village, Barnes and Nobles, Bost Extension Center, Memorial Hall, and Garner Hall.
Pedestrians
• Pedestrians are asked to use crosswalks while crossing the road.
• To enhance pedestrian safety and to assist fans with limited mobility, a drop off lane for vehicles is located on the east side of Humphrey Coliseum on Lakeview Dr. Please follow the directions of parking attendants at all times. Do not stop in the road to drop off passengers as this creates an unsafe and dangerous environment for everyone. | Please see this map for Drop Off Lane location.
Pets
• Pets are not allowed in Humphrey Coliseum.
• Service Animals are permitted. Please Note: MSU Policy refers to a service animal as trained to perform a specific task to assist a person with a disability, such as a guide dog for a visually impaired person. Animals that provide emotional support but are not trained to perform a specific task are not service animals, and are not allowed in Humphrey Coliseum.
• If you intend to bring a service animal to the coliseum, please contact the MSU Ticket Office before your arrival at 662-325-2600 or the Coliseum Manager's Office at 662-325-4201.

• Game Programs are located near Portals A, C, and R.
• Game Programs are in limited supply and are first come, first serve.

Anyone in possession of a prohibited item will be asked to return the item to their vehicle before being permitted to have their ticket scanned to enter Humphrey Coliseum.
Purses/Clutches
Small clutch or purses (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”) are allowed.

• Family Restrooms are located at the coliseum ticket office, 2nd floor of Mize Pavilion, and President's Reception Room.
RV Parking
There is no RV parking available for MSU men's or women's basketball.
Seats/Cushions
Seats/cushions without backs and without arms and/or pockets of any kind are permitted.
Smoking
Smoke-Free means that smoking in any form is prohibited on the MSU campus including:

Solicitation
Mississippi State University policy prohibits any solicitation of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on MSU property on game day. This includes solicitation of charitable donations. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave campus and may be citing for trespassing or subject to arrest.

Student Section
• MSU Student Section is located in the North end of the coliseum.

• MSU Students are required to enter the West Student Gate to have their MSU ID scanned.
• MSU Students will adhere to clear bag and security screening policies.
Tickets
• Every person regardless of age, including infants is required to have a ticketed seat in Humphrey Coliseum. There are no pass outs or re-entry allowed without purchasing a new ticket.
• The Humphrey Coliseum Ticket Office opens ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff of each home game. It is located in the east ticket lobby. Prior to that time, tickets may be purchased online via the MSU Athletic Ticket office or in the Bryan Building (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
Traffic (Postgame)
Please view the MSU Basketball Gameday Postgame Traffic Egress Plan for the best route to utilize in exiting campus after each home game.
Transit
• Starkville-MSU Area Rapid Transit (SMART) provides free public transit between the City of Starkville and the MSU campus Monday - Saturday from 7:00AM until 8:00PM. Route and timing information can be found at www.smart.msstate.edu.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted in Humphrey Coliseum (closed only).
Water Bottle Policy
Outside food or drink is NOT permitted in Humphrey Coliseum.

• Water fountains are located throughout Humphrey Coliseum.

Weather Situations
Mississippi State University Police, Emergency Management, and Game Operations will monitor the weather 24 hours a day leading up to and through game day. Public address statements will be provided inside the coliseum as conditions warrant once gates open ninety (90) minutes prior to tipoff.
