Wheelchairs
If you are able to use your assigned ticketed seat, but require a wheelchair for transportation, please temporarily store your wheelchair in the concourse. Please ask an usher or stadium staff for assistance if necessary.
MSU is not responsible for wheelchairs left unattended.
Although there are no wheelchairs available to rent at Davis Wade Stadium, a limited number are available First Aid Station.

Bicycles
Bicycles are NOT permitted to be chained or abandoned at any stadium gate. Bicycles in violation will be confiscated.
Blankets
Blankets are allowed into Davis Wade Stadium. Guests may be asked to shake out the blanket to go through security. If there is a clear bag that holds the blanket, the bag must still meet the Clear Bag Policy.
Buses
All buses must enter campus at the intersection of Hwy. 182 and George Perry St., turn east (left) on Bailey Howell Drive to Lee Blvd., and turn west (right) on Lee to bus parking. Bus parking is available in front of Hilbun and Harned Halls (see map). Buses must exit campus via Lee Blvd. to Hwy. 182 by continuing down Lee Blvd. and taking a right on George Perry St.
Carts/Wagons/Wheeled Supply Carriers
Carts/Wagons/Wheeled Supply Carriers are prohibited at Davis Wade Stadium.
Catering
MSU Dining presents Gameday Central, located at the corner of Creelman St. and Stone Blvd. MSU is serving gameday enthusiasts with a central pick-up location for tailgating orders and supplies, including ice. Orders must be placed before 3 p.m. on Wednesday for Saturday games! For convenient online ordering, visit www.msucatering.com or call the MSU Dining catering office at 662-325-3663.
Child Care Products
Strollers
Strollers are permitted in Davis Wade Stadium.
Strollers are NOT permitted within seating areas, in aisles, on ramps, or at any other location that blocks walkways or emergency egress.
MSU is not responsible for strollers left unattended.
Strollers with baby supplies must adhere to the clear bag and security screening policies.
Non-clear bags transported on strollers are not permitted.
Child Care/ Nursing items and products that meet the below criteria are permitted in Davis Wade Stadium. Please use approved clear bags to enter any stadium gate.
Clear diaper and child care bags are permitted entry at any stadium gate.
Any child care product, medicine, food and other items that require a non-clear bag or container must be screened at the Medical Needs Inspection Gates located at Gate F & Gate I. After screening, these items in approved clear bag or container may enter at any stadium gate.
Clear plastic bottles/sippy cups are permitted.
Baby food, snacks, and formula in clear plastic containers (no glass) are permitted.
Baby wipes in a clear container are permitted and expedites inspection at gates. Original packaging is permitted after inspection.
Baby harness carriers are permitted.
Nursing equipment/supplies and other electronic/battery operated child care devices are permitted after inspection.
All Davis Wade Stadium First Aid Rooms are designated as nursing locations.
Children
All children, regardless of age are required to have a valid ticket to enter Davis Wade Stadium and must adhere to clear bag and security screening procedures.
Clear Bag Policy
In the interest of enhancing existing security measures at games involving Southeastern Conference schools, the SEC will implement a new security policy regulating the size and type of bag that may be carried into all stadiums in which SEC schools host games, beginning with the 2017 football season.
For medically-necessary bags, fans should enter at Gates B & I for screening.

Courtesy Carts
Due to university safety and limited accessibility concerns, courtesy carts are no longer operating on campus. Please visit Transit Services under "T" for transit and ADA parking under "P".
Cowbells
Cowbells are permitted in Davis Wade Stadium, but only can be used at designated times per SEC Bylaw regulating the use of traditional institutional noisemakers. Fans should consult the videoboards for in-game instructions on the use of cowbells.
Drones
Drones, model aircraft or any other remote-controlled flying objects are not permitted or allowed to be operated on the Mississippi State campus.

Elevators are located near:
Sections 1 & 8 - travel to all levels of DWS West Side.
Section 10 - travel to all levels of DWS North Side.
Sections 18 & 23 - travel to all levels of DWS East Side.

- Outside the Stadium: MSU PD staffs a Command Post located in the Junction near the Southwest corner of DWS, to the East of Gate A.
MSU Game Management (662-325-8158)
- Inside the Stadium: MSU Game Operations staffs an Operations Booth two hours prior, during, and immediately after the game.

Emergency Preparedness
During any emergency inside Davis Wade Stadium, follow the directions of the PA announcer, event staff, and emergency responders.
Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you get separated or in the event of an emergency.
Upon arriving at your seat location, locate the nearest exit and an alternate exit in case of an emergency.
See Something, Say Something If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious, or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.
Emergency vehicles may be present in and around Davis Wade Stadium. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere with any of their operations. Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
Monitor the weather prior to the game and take any necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather be encountered before, during, or after the game. In the event of severe weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate Davis Wade Stadium and return to your car.

Gates at Davis Wade Stadium open two hours, 15 minutes (2:15) prior to kickoff of each home game.
Clear Bag/Security Screening:
The SEC Clear Bag Policy and DWS Security Screening Policy combine bag inspection, walk through metal detectors and hand held wands at all stadium entrances.

MSU and the SEC encourage fans to arrive early to the stadium and remember to leave any unnecessary or prohibited items at home or in their car. Please arrive early at security screening locations and be patient as security screening procedures are taking place.
Golf Cart/Low-Speed Vehicle Policy
Privately owned golf carts are expected to operate in the same manner as an automobile or other motorized vehicle.
All golf carts must comply with Mississippi Motor Vehicle and Traffic regulations. (See Miss. Code Annotated Title 63-1-1 seq.)
Operators of private golf carts must possess a valid driver's license and proper insurance identifying the vehicle driven.
All privately owned golf carts operated on campus must possess a valid license plate.
Privately owned golf carts may only be operated on streets open for public traffic. Privately owned golf carts will not be allowed access to roadways closed prior to game time, such as Creelman, Barr Ave., B.S. Hood Streets, Stone Boulevard, and College View Drive.
Without exception, private golf carts are prohibited on any grass or any tailgating areas such as the Cullis Wade Depot lawn, Fan Fare area, the Junction, West Lawn tent area, or others areas on game day.
Privately owned golf carts may not be driven alongside any closed road or on any sidewalks or grass.
Privately owned golf carts must possess a license plate and have a valid Bulldog Club Parking Pass or Public Paid Parking Pass to park in campus lots on game day. As with automobiles, golf carts may not exit and re-enter reserved or pay lots on game days.
Violation of these rules could result in the issuance of traffic citations and other penalties, as outlined by state laws and/or university policies.
Privately owned all-terrain, four wheel, farm utility, gators or other side by side vehicles are also prohibited on campus.
Handicapped Parking

Information
Stadium Information/Guest Service Tents are located near Sections 4, 9, & 21.
Lost & Found articles should be reported to Stadium Information / Guest Service Tents.
Junction/Tailgating Guidelines
Beginning at 5 a.m. on Friday, tailgating tents may be dropped off in designated tailgating areas. Do not block sidewalks, crosswalks, or roads with tailgating tents.
Violation of these rules could result in property being disposed of.
All picnic areas open at 4 p.m. the day before a game. (Begin setting up tents)
All picnic areas close at midnight daily.
Grass areas immediately adjacent to reserved parking lots are open for tailgating to those who have passes to those parking lots on game days.
No wheeled vehicles or trailers are permitted in tailgating areas. (i.e. large grills pulled with a vehicle).
Generators are allowed, but battery inverters are preferred.
Charcoal grills are allowed, but charcoal must be fully extinguished and disposed of in a responsible manner. Fire pits are not allowed.
Garbage (black bags) and recycling (blue or green bags) should be sealed and left for collection at your tailgating location or disposed of in a trash or recycling container. Black and blue or green bags are available on the poles located throughout gameday areas.
The university will follow local ordinances and state laws regarding alcohol.
Small tents are permitted. No stakes larger than 1/4 inch in diameter and no longer than 6 inches. No ropes.
Larger tents must be rented from Southern Tradition Tailgating, the Tailgate Services and Tent Services provider for the MSU campus. All fans wishing to acquire Tailgate Services (small pop up tents) or Tent Services (large tents) should coordinate directly with Southern Tradition Tailgating at www.SouthernTraditionTailgating.com or SouthernTraditionTailgte@yahoo.com (Anyone charging for setting up more than 10 tailgate setups is NOT allowed on the MSU campus. Any fan acquiring services from a service that is not allowed on campus should understand that they may be removed from campus.)
University Departments wishing to rent tents should contact Event Services 662-325-3228.
Connection to university utilities is strictly prohibited.
Picnic areas must be vacated by midnight or 2hrs after the conclusion of a late game the day after the game. MSU is not responsible for any tailgate items left before, during, or after the game.
Animals are not allowed in tailgating area on Gameday. This includes but is not limited to such areas as the Junction, Amphitheatre, Barnes and Noble lawn and other Green spaces on campus where fans have tailgates set up as well RV parking areas.
Loading zone use is limited to 5 minutes, with a person remaining with vehicle.
Fans should pull to the curb, unload supplies by the curb, and immediately proceed to designated parking areas.
Safety lanes must remain clear and unobstructed.
To enhance the Junction's safety and the entire gameday experience, roads closing 4 hours before kickoff are: Creelman St. from Tracy Drive to Stone Blvd.; Stone Blvd. from Bost Drive to Bully Blvd.; Barr Avenue from Bost Ext. Drive to College View Drive; College View Drive from Bailey Howell Drive to Barr Avenue; and Old Bully Blvd. from Bully Blvd.

Parking Guidelines/ADA
To encourage fans to "park & ride" MSU Transit Buses and best utilize all available public game day parking spaces, MSU has reduced all public parking prices at the Research Park, ADA North, ADA South and Vet School to $10 per vehicle. (vehicle and trailer is $20). Cash and Credit / Debit Cards are accepted at the Research Park, ADA North, ADA South, and Vet School.
All public parking lots located in the interior of campus have increased in price to $30 per vehicle, (vehicle and trailer is $60). Credit / Debit Cards Only - NO CASH will be accepted at interior campus public parking lots. These lots include Bully Grass, Barr Paved, Pace Seed Grass, Sorority Grass, Sponsored Parking behind the Health Center and Roberts Building, The University Bridge Lot, and Zacharias Village Lot.
You can advance purchase game day parking space in all public parking lots each game week by visiting www.hailstate.com/tickets. Advance sales end at 11pm the day before the game.
No tents, tables or chairs are permitted in parking spaces or on sidewalks.
Parking on grass is permitted only in designated areas. (Available to general public)
No parking is allowed on parking lot islands, medians, berms, or the shoulders of streets and roads.
Parked vehicles must not obstruct traffic or pedestrian access to sidewalks.
Parking spaces cannot be saved.
Tailgating is permitted only in areas where traffic or parking is not obstructed and tailgaters must follow all picnic zone regulations.
Parking areas must be cleared by 7 a.m. the day following the game.
Reserved lot passes must be displayed at all times; misuse will result in loss of parking privileges.
All buses must enter campus at the intersection of Hwy. 182 and George Perry St., turn east (left) on Bailey Howell Drive to Lee Blvd., and turn west (right) on Lee Blvd. to bus parking. ADA Parking: Public Gameday & Reserved
Please see this map for ADA parking lots. On the map legend, ADA parking is blue. ADA season pass parking is light blue and is marked as Lots A, B, C, D, and F.
ADA public parking is now located in two parking lots. North ADA parking is located at the Research Park, off of Hwy 182. South ADA parking is located at the Animal and Dairy Science Building, off of Hailstate Blvd.
ADA Lot D parking passes are available for online purchase during the week of each home game. You may purchase online an individual game parking pass for "Public ADA Lot D" by visiting Hailstate.com/tickets. Public ADA Lot D Parking pass sales close on Friday at 11 p.m. before the game. After purchasing online an individual game parking pass for "ADA Lot D", you simply print your parking pass at home and bring the parking pass to the game to be scanned to enter the parking lot for that day's game, you must also show your ADA hang tag or ADA license plate to access ADA Lot D. Failure to provide authentic ADA documentation for your vehicle will result in you being denied entry to ADA Lot D. If you choose this option, you will need to purchase your parking pass each week prior to that home game. There will be no "ADA Lot D" parking passes sold the day of the game or at the entrance to the parking lot.
ADA Transit Services begin 4 hrs. prior to kickoff, and service North ADA Parking Lot passengers to and from the Old Main Academic Building bus terminal, and service South ADA Parking Lot passengers to and from Newell-Grissom Building terminal. All Transit Buses operate for 2 hrs. after the end of the game.
Disability Carts will be available to provide access from ADA Transit Terminals at Old Main and Newell Grissom to designated DWS locations.

Parking Reservations
You may reserve a spot for Mississippi State home football games in advance on the Thursday before each Saturday game and the Tuesday prior to Thursday games. Pre-purchasing a spot ensures you will have a spot available on gameday in the lot for which you purchased. This removes the hassle of finding parking on gameday. Grass lots will open for pre-purchase if weather permits. Parking reservations close at 11 p.m. Friday the night before the game. You can purchase parking at hailstate.com/tickets.
Pets
Pets and other animals are not allowed in Davis Wade Stadium or in tailgating areas on Gameday. This includes but is not limited to such areas as the Junction, Amphitheatre, Barnes and Noble lawn and other Green spaces on campus where fans have tailgates set up as well RV parking areas.
Service Animals are permitted. Please Note: MSU Policy refers to a service animal as trained to perform a specific task to assist a person with a disability, such as a guide dog for a visually impaired person. Animals that provide emotional support but are not trained to perform a specific task are not service animals, and are not allowed in Davis Wade Stadium.
If you intend to bring a service animal to the stadium, please contact the MSU Ticket Office before your arrival.

Reserved
RV reserved hook-up parking lots 26, 34, and 38 will open at 6 p.m. on Thursday for football weekends. No unauthorized vehicles will be allowed to enter these lots after 3 p.m. Unauthorized vehicles remaining after 5 p.m. will be relocated.
RVs will be allowed in reserved lots on Wednesday night at 6 p.m. for a Thursday night game and must vacate by 7 a.m. Monday.
RV lot 29 at the Scales Building opens at 10 a.m. on Friday before gameday.

Solicitation
Mississippi State University policy prohibits any solicitation of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on MSU property on game day. This includes solicitation of charitable donations. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave campus and may be citing for trespassing or subject to arrest.

Stadium Seats/Cushions
Stadium seats/cushions with backs and without arms and/or pockets are permitted.
Stadium seats/cushions with arms and/or pockets/mesh pouches are NOT permitted.
Stadium Chair/Seat Rentals are located near Sections 1 & 23. Call (877) 610-7141 for assistance prior to game day. Service/Rental Kiosks located on the east and west ground level concourse of the stadium and open to provide game day assistance when stadium gates open.

Stairs
Stairs are located:
- Near Gate A with ADA accessible ramp available.
- Near Gate F, which accesses the North Concourse.
- Near Gate H, which separates the East Concourse from the North Concourse.
Patrons who have difficulty navigating an extreme number of stairs, please enter DWS at elevator and ramp accommodation entrances.

Standing
Guests are asked to enjoy the game form the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the intent to limit guest's enjoyment of the game and cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas may negatively impact others enjoyment of the event. Continuous or excessive standing will be monitored by stadium security.
Strollers

Tag-A-Kid
All guests who would like to register their child for the Tag-A-Kid Program may do so at any of the Bully's Kids Club locations at Fan Fair and inside Gate A. The child will receive a wristband with his/her seat location. If the child becomes lost, the wristband will give an event staff employee or police officer the necessary information to escort the child back to his/her seat.

Tickets
Every person regardless of age including infants is required to have a ticketed seat in Davis Wade Stadium. There are no passouts or re-entry allowed without purchasing a new ticket.
The Davis Wade Stadium Ticket Office opens three (3) hours prior to kickoff of each home game. It is located in the north end zone, lower level (adjacent to Mississippi Plaza)

Transit
Free transit service is provided by Starkville-MSU Area Rapid Transit on Game Days from various on and off campus locations to Giles Hall, Newell Grissom, and Old Main Academic Center. Below is a listing of routes and stop locations fans can use to access campus via SMART.

ADA Public North and South Parking Lots:
- North Campus ADA transit service is provided from 100 Research Boulevard to Old Main Academic Center (4 hours prior to kick off until 2 hours after the end of the game)
- South Campus ADA transit service is provided from the Animal and Dairy Science parking lot on Wise Center Drive to Newell Grissom (4 hours prior to kick off until 2 hours after the end of the game)
Research Park Public Parking Area (North Campus | Hwy 182):
- Transit service is provided from other parking lots in the Research Park to Giles Hall (4 hours prior to kick off until 2 hours after the end of the game)
Wise Center and Rec Plex (South Campus | Blackjack Road and Hail State Boulevard):
- Transit service is provided from other Wise Center parking lots and the Scales Building to Newell Grissom (4 hours prior to kick off until 2 hours after the end of the game)
Davis Wade Express (Lampkin and Jackson Street | Starkville Daily News):
- Transit service is provided from the Lampkin Street and Jackson Street intersection to Giles Hall (4 hours prior to kick off until 2 hours after the end of the game)
Smart Routes: Routes provide continuous service Monday-Saturday, including Gameday from 7:00AM to 8:00PM or until 2 hours after the end of the game (whichever is later).
- Old Main SMART ROUTE: Avenue of Patriots, Whitfield Street, Greensboro Street, Downtown, and Midtown: Stop locations are at the Chevron on the Avenue of Patriots, the intersection of Whitfield and Scales Street, the Greensboro Center, City Hall, Regions Bank, Fire Station One Park and the Old Main Academic Center.
- HWY 12 SMART ROUTE: Wal-Mart SuperCenter, Kroger, Avenue of Patriots, Vowells, Haven 12, and Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market: Stop locations are at the Wal-Mart SuperCenter, Kroger, the Chevron on the Avenue of Patriots, Vowells Market, Haven 12, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, and Old Main Academic Center.
Mississippi Horsepark:
- Transit Service is provided from the Mississippi Horse Park to Newell Grissom, (4 hours prior to kick off until 2 hours after the end of the game)
- RV reservations with the Mississippi Horse Park are required
No coolers are allowed on any MSU Transit Buses.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are prohibited inside Davis Wade Stadium. Ponchos and rain coats are permitted and encouraged.
Unauthorized Areas
Access to areas of Davis Wade Stadium that are identified as restricted area by signage, video, or audio message, barriers and fence, or by the presence of security personnel shall be denied to unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests entering these areas shall be warned and asked to leave the area. Failure to comply shall subject the guest to ejection and arrest.

Water Bottle Policies/Refilling Stations
One clear, colorless, full or empty water bottle per person is permitted into the stadium for ALL games.
Non-clear, color-tinted, stainless steel or non-clear plastic bottles or containers or any other non-clear container is NOT permitted.
Outside food or drink is NOT permitted other than the one clear, colorless, full or empty water bottle per person.
FREE Water Bottle Refill Stations are located near Sections 4, 11, 22, & 308.

Mississippi State University Police, Emergency Management, and Game Operations will monitor the weather 24 hours a day leading up to and through game day. Public address statements will be provided inside the stadium as conditions warrant once gates open two (2) hours prior to kick off.
